Growing up as an avid lover of virtually all things interior design related, Ashley always knew that she wanted to be an entrepreneur and have her own interior design business. She had the opportunity to work at a couple of local interior design businesses in high school and college, in which she was able to be hands on with the design process. These opportunities only solidified her desire and what she felt was her calling to be an interior designer.

In 2014, Ashley launched her dream business, The Element of Design to bring captivating, affordable interior design services to the Houston area and beyond. She believes that each client's space should stylishly reflect their lifestyle and tastes, be functional for the way they live, and truly be a space that the client absolutely loves to come home to. She specializes in the "livable model home", where one could appreciate the design of the space, while still living in comfort and functionality.
